Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

In short: we collect what we need to run your account (your email, subscription status and basic usage) and never sell it. The directory holds professional contact details compiled from public and third-party sources; anyone listed can ask us to correct or remove their information.

1. Who this covers

This policy explains how Redwing Technologies LLC (“SpeakOUT”, “we”) handles personal information on speak-out.ai and app.speak-out.ai. It covers two groups: subscribers and visitors who use our website and app, and people listed in the directory.

2. Information about subscribers and visitors

We collect:

We use this information to provide and secure the service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and understand how the product is used. We do not sell subscriber information.

3. Information about people listed in the directory

The directory contains professional information about people who work in U.S. public affairs, such as congressional staff, federal agency staff, registered lobbyists and journalists. Records can include name, job title, organization, office location, work email address, work phone number, and details from public social media profiles, such as handle, bio, follower counts and profile images.

We compile this from public sources, including government directories, lobbying disclosures and public social media profiles, and from third-party data. We make it available to subscribers so they can reach people in their professional roles, subject to our acceptable use rules, which prohibit harassment and unlawful outreach.

4. Correct or remove a listing

If you are listed in the directory, you can ask us to correct your information or remove your listing. Email support@speak-out.ai with the subject “Remove listing” (or “Correct listing”) and include your name and the email address or X handle shown in your record, so we can find it.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the listed email address. We aim to respond within 30 days. After removal, we keep a minimal record of the request so your listing is not added back in future updates.

5. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run SpeakOUT, under agreements that limit their use of it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

6. Your choices and rights

Subscribers can update or delete their account by contacting support@speak-out.ai; cancelling a subscription stops future billing. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. We honor these requests from subscribers and from people listed in the directory as described above.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

7. Retention and security

We keep subscriber information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Directory records are kept while they remain relevant and are updated or removed as roles change or on request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

SpeakOUT is a professional service available only to people aged 18 or older, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will notify subscribers by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
